ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Data Center Operations Manager requiring a Public Trust -Level 5 Investigation, located in Memphis, TN. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.

Provide comprehensive Data Center Operations 24 / 7 support, ensuring optimal IT system performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. This role involves technical problem-solving, incident management, and collaboration with higher-tier support and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to IT support requests via web submissions, emails, and phone.
- Troubleshoot hardware / software issues and escalate as needed.
- Log all incidents in ServiceNow and provide resolution to common IT problems.
- Support asset tracking, data center consolidation, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Participate in daily standup briefings and provide updates for status reports.
- Monitor, report, and remediate system issues using tools like SolarWinds and SCOM.
