Description
ActioNet has an opportunity for an IT Service Operations Manager .Currently the position can be supported Remote with 10% travel within the US, as needed . The location may be subject to change. Other locations will include Washington, DC, Vienna, VA, or New Carrollton, MD.
The IT Service Operations Manage r oversees problem resolution and process automation to support enterprise-wide IT service improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain documentation for all system changes, releases, and updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation of software and infrastructure changes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance IT service efficiency.
- Designing, developing, and implementing problem management processes to identify, analyze, and resolve high-impact and recurring incidents.
- Conducting after action reports of incidents and problems, including identifying and documenting root cause and improvement actions.
