Description
ActioNet is looking for a Project Manager eligible for Secret Clearance in the Augusta, GA area. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.
The Project Manager will facilitate, plan and manage IT projects to support the performance associated with Information Business Operations services.
Location: Augusta, GA
Clearance: Secret
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plans and leads information technology assignments and projects
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
- Position may require to supervise others
Required Job Experience
- Four (4) Years progressive's experience as the project manager of IT programs required
- Experience planning, facilitating and managing activities for a large multi-disciplinary IT support projects
- Experience executing complex Information Technology projects to address needs and requirements, process improvements, interfacing with other functional support groups and outside personnel, preparing capital and operating requests
- Experience with managing Military Medical programs is preferred.
Degree (Required): Bachelors degree and/or equivalency
Certifications (Required):
- PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR
- ITIL 4 Foundation
