ActioNet has an opportunity for a Senior UI / UX Design Specialist requiring a Public Trust clearance in the Washington D.C. metro area. You will play a multifaceted role in creating user-centered, diverse user experiences by combining insights, business needs, research, and technology. We are looking for a creative, talented, innovative, and dynamic individual who understands the necessity of user-centric designs and can create engaging, creative solutions representing large amounts of data on various platforms and applications.

- Lead client engagements with their User Experience (UX) and Visual Design needs and provide innovative Human-Centered Design (HCD) solutions for developing and implementing digital products.
- Support the client's product vision by researching, coming up with ideas, drawing, testing prototypes, and conducting user testing for digital products.
- Assist in the creation of best practices and UI / UX design standards
- Strategically work together with cross-functional teams to provide innovative, customer-focused experiences
