The Patient Care Coordinator will serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly within the office. Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient communications, including reminders for appointments and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
• Provide administrative support to medical staff as needed.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with dental or medical teams to enhance patient experience.
• Ensure the office environment is welcoming and efficient for patients.

Experience

• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
• Experience in medical administrative support roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in office software applications to manage scheduling and documentation efficiently.
