Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing equipment? We are seeking a Sales Representative to lead our semiconductor equipment sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and providing strategic direction in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
This role requires knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and regional companies.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build strong relationships with key clients, semiconductor manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support.
· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge:
· Stay updated on the latest semiconductor manufacturing equipment and industry trends.
· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and their advantages.
· Articulate technical details to clients effectively.
Market Analysis:
· Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Develop pricing strategies and proposals to remain competitive.
Forecasting and Reporting:
· Generate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
· Present regular sales performance updates to senior management.
Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with marketing teams to promote products effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
· Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
· Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment and regional companies.
· Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
