A packaging company near the New Haven, KY area is looking for a Customer Account Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customer – handling needs, questions, and concerns. The ideal candidate will have previous customer experience within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities
- Process orders and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Anticipate customer needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain customer records
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer service (within manufacturing is preferred)
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and presentation software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
