We are seeking a Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Supervisor at an Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company near Youngstown, OH area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities- Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Supervisor:
- Oversee Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, and payroll
- Complete Bank reconciliation, bank deposits, and manage transactions
- Ensure financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards
- Prepare internal and external accounting audit and tax audit
- Monitor financial status by evaluating revenue and expenses and cash flow
- Review quarterly and annual budgets to report and assist other departments
- Supervise staff accountants and clerical staff to assure that the department accomplishes accounting objectives
- Other accounting job duties as needed
Qualification- Korean/ English Bilingual Accounting Supervisor:
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related
- 7 years accounting experience preferably in corporate or manufacturing-related industry
- Strong Skills Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP ERP experience and CPA will be huge plus
- Business-Level of both Korean and English language skills are required
- Excellent communication skills (Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing)
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
