Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the performance of multiple departments within a manufacturing facility. This key role involves overseeing the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing product quality, and streamlining operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage a team of staff members across Safety, Quality, Process development, Training, and HR departments.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive continuous improvement and process excellence.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and senior leadership to assign tasks and prioritize objectives.

Requirements:
To excel in this position, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven knowledge of Quality Assurance, Safety Programs, and HR practices.
• Prior experience with TPS (Toyota Production Systems).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
