An international manufacturing corporation is searching for an IT Programmer to do a variety of work to support their systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of programming experience.
Responsibilities:
- System analysis and software development
- System Implementation and installation
- System administration support and maintenance
- Gather information from customer to create design specifications and technical documents
- Analyze data and system environment including platform and software package used by customer
- Provide data analysis, design and development for software/application under development
- Test and debug prototyped software under development
- Research software development language and tools for each customer project
- Provide general customer service support
Requirements:
- BS in computer programming-related field or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of programming experience
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, database and IT components
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Japanese language skills and/or familiarity with Japanese culture is a plus
- This position will not support visa sponsorships
- This position will not support relocation costs
