An international electrical component manufacturing company in the Plymouth, Michigan area is currently searching for a motivated Junior Sales Account Manager to join their office. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience in an industrial environment, and is technical-minded, with ability to independently develop new clients and business opportunities. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Junior Sales Account Manager Responsibilities Include :
- Identify new business development opportunities, and establish relationships with potential customers within assigned sales territory
- Interface with customers and clients regarding product issues, quality assurance, questions, etc.
- Collaboration with sales teams and clients in regards to market analysis, product planning, and expected demand
- Product proposal preparation and delivery
- Create price quotations and negotiate price / costs with customers; secure product orders and follow up on tracking and delivery
- Occasional business travel as required (up to 20%)
- Other duties as assigned
