An international home appliance manufacturing company is currently seeking a Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support their office in the Fort Lee, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-years Customer Service/Sales Assistant experience and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
*This is a part/full-time, direct hire position.
Responsibilities of Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and following up as necessary.
- Work flexible hours, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods (mid-April to end of August).
Requirements of Korean/English Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (reading and writing) are a must.
- Proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and customer service software.
- Ability to work part-time (4 hours/day) with flexibility to work full-time (8 hours/day) during peak seasons.
