We are currently seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure they meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision, training, and professional development for staff
- Troubleshoot and maintain the production process
- Coordinate manufacturing activities with teams to meet daily customer requirements and production targets
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with machine operations and mechanical skills for effective troubleshooting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to read blueprinting and parts inspection
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance documents
