A global Industrial components Company is currently seeking an Entry to Mid-Level Mechanical Engineer to join their their facility in the Cornelia GA area. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of manufacturing-related engineering experience in the automotive industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers. This is a full-time and direct hire position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities Include :
- Hands-on product quality inspection and assurance, root cause analysis, corrective action, etc.
- Identify and resolve issues in product design, testing, and production
- Ensure that products and manufacturing processes are meeting customer, industry, and governmental standards; plan and execute process and quality audits
- Creation of quality documentation (PPAP, APQP, Fishbone, etc.)
- Supervising and training of quality and production associates as needed
- Act as point of contact for customers’ quality issues, questions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
