An automotive parts manufacturing company near the Fostoria, OH area is looking for a Production Engineering Manager . You will manage and track all stages of new and existing product design. The ideal candidate will have prior production leadership experience within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.
Responsibilities :
- Manage engineering team (engineers, specialists, etc.)
- Validate new & existing product conditions
- Monitor & maintain operational standards – ensure conditions met
- Oversee and maintain all necessary equipment
- Address & troubleshoot all operational & equipment issues
