Job Title : Sales Assistant
An international manufacturer of plastic interior and exterior parts for the automotive industry is looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to support our sales team and contribute to our growth in Marysville, OH .
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience, including internships, in sales assistance, logistics coordination, or administrative positions at a supplier or manufacturing company. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, and experience with QuickBooks are required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Purchase Order Management :
- Process purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to confirm the availability and delivery of products.
- Assist in the management of inventory and ensure stock levels are aligned with sales demands.
- Customer Service :
- Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries regarding product specifications, availability, and order status.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer guidance on suitable parts for their needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and product catalogs.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal system and QuickBooks.
- Generate sales reports and assist with tracking sales performance and targets.
- Documentation & Administration :
- Prepare and maintain order-related documentation such as invoices, shipping paperwork, and product manuals.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of all sales-related documents for easy access.
- Other assigned tasks
