An international automotive parts manufacturer near the Farmington Hills, MI area is looking for a Sales Engineer . You will be the main contact for all prospective customers. Responsible for all customer & supplier costs.
This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation. Must be able to work on-site.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all cost related issues for customer & suppliers
- Handle all customer-related paperwork (quotes, surveys, price reviews, etc.)
- Work with internal departments regarding costs, design, & packaging
- Review & Suggest new customers / suppliers
- Negotiations with customer
- Maintain vendor / customer correspondence records

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts / equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
