An international industrial machinery manufacturer seeks a Spare Parts Support Specialist to assist customers with spare part requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify spart or parts required by reviewing machine part schematics and drawings
- Confirm pricing and delivery schedule from machine builders
- Enter quotations for spare parts into system
- Send quotes to customers
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding machines or parts
- Collaborate with purchasing and inventory team to ensure product stock is at optimal levels
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints and drawings
- At least 3 years of customer service experience in an industrial company
- Experience entering quotations into software systems
- Preferrable: mechanical skills, including hand tool usage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Work Environment:
The successful candidate may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
