Home Health Scheduling Coordinator- Vero Beach, FL
Activa Home Health (an AccordCare Company) is an accredited home health agency seeking an experienced full-time Scheduling Coordinator in our Vero Beach Office. The Scheduling Coordinator will work with the Medicare Division and must be familiar with Medicare guidelines. They will will schedule clients based upon referral information and authorizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating of all field staff to meet the needs of the patients, in accordance with the Plan of Care. Scheduling Coordinator works closely with Clinical Manager to manage patient schedules Keeps computer system accurate and up to date with schedule changes and visit authorizations Communicate with Intake, referral sources, sales staff and team members to facilitate patient care Work, answer the phone, manage office supplies.
