Field Sales Rep: Power Washing & Kitchen Vent Hood Cleaning
Activate Pressure Washing is a fast growing, highly successful power washing company, based in Austin, Texas. We are a leader in the field of power washing, window cleaning, and commercial kitchen vent hood cleaning, focusing on providing excellent service to homeowners and property managers all over central Texas. As we continue to grow, we are in search of a Sales Rep – Residential & Commercial Power Washing & Window Cleaning / Commercial Kitchen Vent Hood Cleaning, responsible for maximizing market share, sales, and customer satisfaction in their lucrative Austin territory. The role involves employing a focused sales approach to new clients, generating new relationships and contracts with industry leaders, aiming to achieve sales revenue targets. The Sales Representative will promote, sell, and maintain relationships with customers and develop new relationships with targeted new clients.

- Build and grow the Austin territory as large as you can make it. The sky is the limit!
- Develop recurring revenue $ commissions by bringing in new business.
- Develop and establish/maintain key relationships within the industry, ideally property managers and commercial accounts.
- Design a dynamic monthly plan to surpass revenue goals, align daily activities with company growth goals. Brainstorm and execute new revenue stream plans.
- Spearhead revenue growth by mastering HouseCall Pro estimating and marketing software.
- Embrace continuous outreach and networking strategies, demonstrate excellence in new customer procurement, uphold company policies, and pioneer innovative sales strategies.
- Develop sales team that you can manage and lead.
- Additionally, foster a culture of shared success, embrace local field travel, and approach additional duties with enthusiasm, viewing each task as an opportunity for excellence.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- A minimum of one year of experience in general sales and preferably experience selling power washing services and/or kitchen vent hood cleaning services.
- Willingness and ability to work hard, be activity oriented and be driven for wanting to make more money than you ever have before.
- Outside sales experience, adept at making in office and field sales calls.
- Organization and Planning skills to build out your territory plan and be disciplined enough to follow it.
- Demonstrates proficiency in a diverse skill set encompassing training, effective communication, self-development, sales acumen, self-confidence, strategic sales planning, organizational proficiency, and expertise in medical-related skills.
