The primary responsibility of the Brand Ambassador is to create positive impressions of our client brands within the retail space. The ideal candidate will be extroverted, have a passion for cannabis and posses extensive knowledge of the cannabis landscape/ how various products and brands are used and their effects. The end goal is to educate the consumer, leaving them with insight of our products and offerring an incentive to purchase our product in the store.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak clearly and become an expert on our products & brand stories.
- Offer knowledge of cannabis & how various cannabis products work.
- Learn about product promotions and special offers.
- Socialize with the dispensary staff and maintain positive image on behalf of our clients.
- Be able to lift/ setup a foldable table dummy products for in-store pop up display.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Must be willing to work weekend hours and nights.
- Must be interested in working Cannabis events.
A flat fee of $15 is included for all travel of 15 miles or less. Anything over 15 miles will receive a reimbursement of .62 cents per mile.
MUST be 21 years or older and have a valid Drivers License complete with vehicle registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cannabis industry experience, including roles such as budtenders, dispensary managers, or similar.
- Wellness background is a plus, including experience as teachers, coaches, or in other wellness fields.
- Strong job retention is preferred—candidates with stable, long-term positions are favored over those with frequent job changes.
- Candidates with a passion for cannabis and a deep understanding of how various cannabis products work.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
