What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of the brand, bringing energy, education, and enthusiasm to dispensary customers and staff. Your role is to make cannabis approachable, fun, and informative, all while helping drive sales.

You’ll also help keep our brands looking their best by making sure products are stocked, displays are eye-catching, and everything is on point at retail locations.

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

• Engage with customers – chat with shoppers, answer questions, and introduce them to the latest and greatest in cannabis.
• Host in-store demos – provide hands-on education about products, their effects, and what makes each brand unique.
• Build relationships – connect with dispensary staff and budtenders to make sure they know and love our brands.
• Promote special deals & new products – because who doesn’t love a good promotion?
• Conduct Merchandising Check-Ins – verify product placement, ensure branding compliance, and make sure our brands are shining on the shelves.
• Gather insights – track inventory, chat with staff, and take photos to help brands stay on top of their game.
• Keep the vibe fun, professional, and engaging – we want every interaction to be a great experience!

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 21 (it’s cannabis, after all!)
• Outgoing, friendly, and love talking to people
• Passionate about cannabis – you know your stuff, and you’re excited to share it!
• Reliable and professional – you show up on time and ready to go
• Comfortable with tech – our scheduling and reporting platform is web-based
• Have a valid driver’s license & reliable transportation – you’ll be traveling between dispensaries
• Experience in cannabis, retail, sales, or merchandising is a plus (budtenders, dispensary managers, promo reps – we see you!)

Compensation & Travel

• Compensation is provided per gig hour
• Travel compensation is added to all gigs

(Travel compensation is included to support Brand Ambassadors traveling within their assigned territories.)

The Fine Print

• This is a part-time, independent contractor position
• You choose the gigs you want to accept, allowing you to plan your schedule
• Most gigs are near your location, but occasionally we’ll have opportunities further away—you decide if you want to take them!
• Shifts vary in length depending on location, store traffic, and event needs—flexibility is key!
• Virtual training is provided via live video calls – a great way to meet other Brand Ambassadors, ask questions, and get one-on-one guidance
• Must be available for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts as needed
