The Activation House is Nevada’s premier brand activation professional service provider.

From Las Vegas to Reno and Lake Tahoe, we deliver unforgettable consumer experiences with unique solutions and unmatched service. We manage POS inventory, brand ambassadors, and flawless event execution.

Our Brand Ambassadors have 3 main objectives:

• Generate product trial by engaging consumer and conducting sampling
• Educating consumers on our clients products
• Advocate on our clients brand

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

Representing Brands:

• Enthusiastically promote and educate consumers about specific liquor brands at various venues (bars, restaurants, liquor stores, events).
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, initiating conversations about the brand and its features.
• Conduct tastings and samplings, highlighting the unique qualities and flavors of the products.
• Distribute promotional materials (e.g., brochures, coupons, merchandise) and encourage social media engagement.

Building Relationships:

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key accounts (bar managers, retail staff, event organizers).
• Identify and network with potential new customers and influencers.
• Gather customer feedback and preferences to share with brand representatives.

Reporting and Administration:

• Track daily activities, including customer interactions, samples distributed, and key account visits.
• Submit timely reports to supervisors, providing insights and observations from the field.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.

Staying Informed:

• Stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Participate in brand trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Work Environment

• Dynamic and Social: The role involves frequent interaction with people in a variety of settings, including bars, restaurants, retail stores, and special events.
• Fast-Paced and Energetic: Brand ambassadors need to be comfortable working in busy environments, often during peak hours and weekends.
• Travel and Flexibility: The position may require travel to different locations within a designated territory. Evening and weekend work is common.
• Physically Demanding: May involve standing for extended periods, carrying promotional materials, and setting up displays.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Outgoing and Engaging Personality: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Passion for the Industry: Genuine interest in spirits, cocktails, and the hospitality industry.
• Professionalism and Responsibility: Punctual, reliable, and able to represent brands with a positive attitude.
• Legal Requirements: Must meet the minimum age requirement for serving alcohol (typically 21) and possess any necessary permits or certifications.

Desirable:

• Experience: Prior experience in brand promotion, customer service, or the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with different types of spirits, cocktail recipes, and responsible serving practices.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in marketing or related fields may be beneficial.
• Physical Attributes: Some roles may have specific requirements regarding appearance, such as height or overall presentation.

• Compliance: Brand ambassadors must strictly adhere to all state and local laws regarding the promotion and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Responsible Consumption: Promoting responsible drinking habits is crucial. Ambassadors should be knowledgeable about alcohol awareness and intervention strategies.
• Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different environments and situations is essential, as daily tasks and locations may vary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
