Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads using various outreach methods (cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events).
- Leverage the CRM to track opportunities from initial contact to contract signing.
- Contract Oversight
- Manage 12-month agreements end-to-end, ensuring all contract details and client data are accurately maintained in our CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure a smooth handoff and excellent onboarding experience.
- Monthly Revenue Targets
- Consistently meet or exceed $25k in net new MRR each month, focusing on recurring services that drive long-term client success.
- Proactively monitor client retention and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Reporting & Accountability
- Provide concise weekly updates on deals in progress, closed revenue, and immediate resource needs.
- Deliver monthly KPI reports covering pipeline health, forecasted revenue, and performance analysis.
- Strategic Sales Execution
- Present ROI-driven solutions that align with client objectives, leveraging your deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, web design, etc.).
- Bypass gatekeepers and confidently engage C-level executives to position Active Digital Marketing as a trusted strategic partner.
Qualifications
- Experience & Expertise
- 6–8 years of proven success in digital marketing sales, with a track record of closing substantial monthly or annual revenue.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing and tracking the entire sales cycle.
- Sales Acumen
- Demonstrated ability to consistently reach or exceed aggressive revenue targets, especially in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-Motivation & Autonomy
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight, taking full responsibility for your funnel and results.
- Driven to uncover new opportunities, overcome objections, and follow through on client commitments.
