We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. This role involves strategic planning, detailed analysis, and the implementation of best practices in paid search advertising.

Responsibilities :

Set up and manage Google Ads accounts and campaigns, including search, display, video, and retargeting efforts.
Implement and manage call tracking solutions to enhance lead generation efforts.
Manage a monthly advertising budget of sometimes up to $50,000 or more, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns for maximum performance.
Utilize automation tools and strategies to streamline campaign management and improve efficiency.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization.
Employ strategic bidding techniques to maximize visibility and achieve campaign objectives.
Optimize campaigns for conversion rate improvement, leveraging CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques to enhance campaign performance.
Analyze and interpret campaign data to make informed decisions on strategy adjustments and optimizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Google Ads and digital advertising.

Requirements :

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a significant advertising budget.

Strong understanding of MCC (My Client Center) for managing multiple accounts.

Expertise in analytics and conversion tracking tools to measure campaign success.

Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing automation tools.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in keyword analysis.

Experience with strategic bidding, campaign optimization, and CRO techniques.

Ability to create and manage display and video targeting campaigns.

Knowledge of retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications :

Google Ads certification is a plus.

Minimum of 2 experience.
