HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You'll typically work 35-40 hours per week which consists of 3 full days (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) and 2 half days (Tuesday & Friday) between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM.
As our Front Desk New Patient Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for our clinic, greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include assisting new patients with completing paperwork and accurately entering their information into our system. Efficiently managing patient check-ins and appointments is crucial to maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day. You'll also handle phone calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about our services and programs. Using office technology, you'll schedule patients, coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff, and maintain a clean and organized reception area. It will be your duty to ensure all new patients attend their appointments and provide monthly KPI reviews to the team. With scripted calls and thorough training, you'll confidently help our new patients begin their health journey with us effectively!
