Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and organized Front Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires basic computer and phone skills, ability to hold and care for infants and toddlers for short periods of time, and scheduling appointments and accepting payments. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails, and respond accordingly.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the patient calendar efficiently.
- Collect patient information and input demographic and insurance details into the EHR system.
- Assist with patient billing and insurance filing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area, including basic cleaning and restocking.
- Ordering office supplies and tracking usage.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must train and remain HIPAA compliance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
