The Position
Our current training team is overbooked! We have available client hours and are looking for team members to help us continue to grow. The role includes paid time to setup, write notes, call clients & perform other simple admin tasks. No sales or lead generation required (commissions opportunities available for those interested). Significant full time benefits.
This position is for a part-time personal trainer. You will work 1:1 with clients and in groups of 1:4 (semi-private) sessions. New clients receive assessments from our head trainer and then are booked on your schedule during your scheduled shift. you will immediately have clients on your schedule. We strive to keep you client facing 65% of the time. Pay rate is higher during client facing times, the listed rate is the effective pay per hour of training time. Work with the head trainer and other trainers to share information about new clients and any concerns shared about existing client. Make notation within our proprietary data system that tracks all movements for every client. Each client is assigned a specific program to follow. Easily view recent workouts clients have done and what clients should focus on today. Use your expertise to adapt movements to fit the needs of the client.

The Role Expectation & Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 fitness programs
- Notate history / progress per protocols
- Adapt client programs to support goals
- Follow-Up calls to clients
- Engage in continuing education & credential maintenance
- Maintain a professional, safe & clean training environment
- Engage in internal “Train the Trainer” programming
- Provide consistent and effective training programs for all clients
- Maintain positive and productive client & team relationships
- Proficient & independent execution of responsibilities
- Present professionally & adhere to dress code
- Demonstrate independent motivation
- Remain positive / productive during external stressors
- Adapt to changes in responsibilities and direction well
- Establish yourself as a trusted resource for clients and team members
