Duties
- Support the Director in overseeing day-to-day operations of the center.
- Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of teachers and childcare staff.
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with curriculum goals.
- Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle administrative tasks including maintaining children’s records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
