Job Summary
The Bookkeeper & Administrator is responsible for completing tasks and responsibilities of various finance, accounts payable, administrative duties. They will be responsible for the management of all check/credit card/site transfer expenses, the inputting of deposits, communicating with all bill-pay vendors, and basic accounting responsibilities including bank reconciliation, tax preparation, and accounts receivables. They will also complete various administrative duties appropriate for an office role.

Main Activities
- Ensure receipts-submitted expenses are timely and correctly coded
- Follow up as required to receive information necessary for expense input
- Write and send company checks in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate records of bills and payments
- Review and manage Accounts Receivables
- Reconcile bank account on a monthly basis
- Complete journal entries and expense/payroll transfers across sites
- Accurately track and record all intercompany transfers
- Code, transfer, and follow up with corporate credit card account activity.
- Input payroll and payroll-associated expenses in Quickbooks
- Income sales deposits & invoicing Quickbooks
- Sales Tax input in Quickbooks
Knowledge
The individual must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Knowledge of the LVMA CRMs & software
- Knowledge of the ALC CRMs & software
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP & PA Tax regulations
- Active Learning Centers & Lehigh Valley Martial Arts Policies & Procedures
- Active Learning Centers & Lehigh Valley Martial Arts leadership & FAMILY’S culture.
