Do you love Pilates? We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Pilates Studio. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
