Position Overview: Active Medical is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Breast Care/Compression Fitter and Patient Care Associate to join our team and work directly with patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a willingness to learn how to apply medical products to a variety of patients including Breast Care for post-mastectomy patients, compression garments and orthotics products. This role requires a team-oriented individual who is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience with each patient. Whether it is fitting a brace, giving directions to the store, contacting a physician’s office for chart notes or setting appointments for potential patients, we strive to make everyone’s experience as smooth and professional as possible.

We specialize in providing high-quality, orthopedic bracing and sports medicine products, lymphedema and compression products, and post-mastectomy and maternity products. Key Responsibilities:
- Interact face to face with our patients.
- Provide a compassionate and caring environment for patients
- Fit patients with post mastectomy bras & forms
- Fit and measure patients for compression garments
- Assist patients by phone and in person to ensure their medical needs are met with care and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments for new and existing patients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Liaise with clinics and physician's offices to obtain necessary medical documentation.
- Resolve problems or disputes in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure patient needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions according to company protocols.
- Exhibit professionalism at all times in both appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn new skills (be tested and certified) through online courses, outside resources and hands on experience.
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Breast Care, Compression Fitting, Orthopedic Bracing, or a related field experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to quickly learn how to apply medical products to a diverse range of patients.
- Strong team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly
