Active Medical is a West Virginia-owned and operated DME (Durable Medical Equipment) company. Our staff members are dedicated to providing the finest quality of care and customer service to our patients and referral sources. We specialize in complex power mobility equipment and orthotic bracing.
We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual who will maintain a visible, positive attitude towards our clients and referral sources at all times. A pleasant and caring approach to each individual client, particularly during times of high volume phone calls and client issues, is a requirement. This position often represents the first impression that the client has of our organization and is critical to sustaining a high level of loyalty to the business. The candidate must possess superior multitasking abilities.
Position Type:
This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401K, and PTO/Holiday pay (after probationary period).
Education/Experience:
High school diploma and post high school training a plus, Front desk, reception, patient scheduling or billing in a high volume healthcare office is desirable, but individuals with experience in other service-related industries with high volumes and extensive customer interaction will be considered.
Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook email experience a plus with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
