We are a Physical Therapy practice, specializing in Outpatient Orthopedics. We are looking for a Physical Therapy Tech/Aide, to provide aquatics rehab assistance to our highly skilled team of Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapy Aide will perform direct and indirect aquatic patient care as assigned by a licensed Physical Therapist. We currently have part time opportunities available in Prince Frederick, MD.

What you'll be doing -
- Assist clinicians with set up and support of patient exercises in the pool.
- Monitor aquatics treatment under direct supervision of licensed PT or PTA
- Set up patients with hot/cold packs and other physical therapy equipment
- Maintain appropriate supply of inventory on a daily basis
- Clean and sterilize physical therapy equipment in accordance with clinics standards
- Enthusiastically engage with patients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and comfort
- Participate in any other projects as directed by the clinician staff
What you'll need -
- High School or higher level of education
- Must be a good swimmer
- Be available to work Mondays/Wednesdays 7 AM - 4 PM and Fridays 7 AM - 1 PM.
- CPR certified preferred
- Need to own a personal vehicle for commute to and from the clinic location.
- English/Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Any kind of Lifeguard or other Aquatics exercise experience is a plus.
- Some PT Tech/Aide experience is preferred. Additional training will be provided. Just bring enthusiasm, motivation and a willingness to learn.
