Job Title: National Sales Development Manager
Job Summary: The National Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key dealer and distribution partners, and owning all aspects required to develop current and new opportunities. This role combines strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management to expand the company’s market share and achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies to support company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategies and offerings.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes to senior management.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the field successfully developing B2B growth for more than 10 years
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the assigned industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with client.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Experience in Active Radiators product range, including over the road trucks and off road industrial and commercial equipment or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tech Savvy skillset with a strong comfort using digital tools for CRM and online sales.
- Proficiency in additional languages may be beneficial, particularly in Active Radiators nationwide market.
