Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers by providing detailed technical information and support regarding product lines, including Econo Comp, Standard, Commercial, and Architectural systems.
- Process quotes, orders, and information requests via website, emails, and phone.
- Manage and track orders throughout the process, ensuring timely updates to customers.
- Provide solutions for installation and maintenance issues, and handle post-shipment concerns including technical support, returns, and damage inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer feedback efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems while ensuring swift response times.
- Stay informed on the latest product developments and industry trends to offer relevant insights.
