You’ll be at the forefront of our engineering efforts, working alongside other departments to create and maintain wiring schematics, provide technical support, and help develop solutions that push the boundaries of our product offerings. Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Design and Innovate : Lead the design of custom electrical wiring systems for state-of-the-art chiller systems.
• Source & Select Components : Research and source the latest electrical components that enhance system performance and reliability.
• CAD Mastery : Use CAD tools to create and update electrical wiring schematic diagrams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage Documentation : Develop and maintain Bills of Material (BOM), wiring schematics, service instructions, and other essential system documentation.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with other departments to address challenges, implement improvements, and maintain high-quality standards across engineering.
• Continuous Improvement : Play an active role in process improvements, product design standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deliver Quality : Ensure all designs meet established KPIs and contribute to creating exceptional products that exceed customer expectations.
