Employment Geeks, an Active Staffing Company, is looking for an experienced Maintence Technician for a full-time position in Auburndale, FL, starting at $25.00 per hour and available for an immediate start!

DETAILS :

  • 25.00 per hour.
  • Full-time position.
  • Monday – Friday schedule.
  • 4 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM (possible OT on Saturdays).
  • Healthcare benefits are offered.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, building repairs, and processing machine repairs.
  • Use hand tools and electric tools for repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (3-phase 230V to 480V).
  • Read wiring and hydraulic schematics.
  • Balance electrical loads and troubleshoot wiring issues.
  • Handle plumbing tasks such as running drain lines, repairing sinks, toilets, and urinals.
  • Maintain HVAC systems, replace belts, adjust VAV boxes, and monitor temperatures.
  • Perform general maintenance : painting, drywall patching, ceiling tile replacement, etc.
  • Operate within SAP system for repair tracking.
  • Assist with repairs to HVAC and industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, stooping, and working in varying temperatures.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Electrical knowledge of 3-phase 230V to 480V systems.
  • Mechanical experience and building maintenance background.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a wet and cold environment.
  • Background check.
  • Drug screening.
