Position Overview: The Quality Assurance & Validation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality for UAC’s product lines. This role involves validating product specifications, conducting quality control tests, and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive systems, preferably with mechanical experience and ASE certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Validation: Conduct rigorous validation of product specifications and performance to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
- Testing and Reporting: Perform and document various tests on products to verify their functionality and durability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work to enhance quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a quality assurance or validation role, with a strong preference for candidates with mechanical experience.
- Certification: ASE certification is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automotive systems and components.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
