Senior Behavior Analyst Opportunity : Lead and Innovate with Active Steps
Active Steps is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Behavior Analyst to collaborate directly with the Clinical Director in managing our Regional Center contract for Early Start Programming and spearheading the development of social skills groups in the region. This pivotal leadership role offers the chance to shape innovative programs and make a lasting impact on families and children while guiding clinical excellence and growth initiatives.
Position Details :
- Compensation : $77K - $90K annually, with monthly bonus opportunities of up to $1,800
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Work Mode : Hybrid / Remote position (must reside in California)
- Preferred : Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
