Job Details
- Maintain daily disablement reports for employees on litigation hold, ensuring a final collection of their data is completed and properly documented.
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all tasks or assignments.
- Follow eDiscovery Center of Excellence standard work procedures
- Responsible for collection and tracking of laptop assets.
- Assist the operations team with quality control (QC) of deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.
- Leverage and communicate with cross-divisional business units and technical teams to support customer needs.
- Track and document all tasks and activities to ensure accurate reporting and maintain proper metrics for project tracking.
- Collaborate with the Help Desk to collect and secure laptops required for litigation, ensuring proper documentation and data preservation
- Assist senior team members with Microsoft Purview collections
- Ability to work independently without supervision
