We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations within manufacturing or distribution environments, specifically those producing a physical product (widget production). This is a highly customer-facing role requiring a proactive, self-sufficient individual who can confidently drive the implementation of ERP solutions. Travel is expected to be around 75%, potentially up to 100%.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead ERP implementations within manufacturing or distribution environments, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, guiding them through the implementation process and offering solutions to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and raise flags regarding any financial discrepancies during the implementation process, ensuring financials are inline with expectations.
- Take initiative and work independently, managing tasks without the need for constant oversight.
- Demonstrate strong confidence and expertise in implementing ERP solutions in complex environments.
- Provide expertise and feedback to enhance the implementation process and customer satisfaction.
