Position: Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Digital Records
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)
Contract Type: Perpetual Contract
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically in IT development projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficient in business modeling and analysis tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucid Chart.
- Strong experience in process and data flow documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document complex business processes.
- Create process flow and data flow diagrams.
