What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at ActivTrak?

As an Account Executive, you will be an expert in selling ActivTrak. In this role you will:

  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and execute against the territory plan
  • Provide superior customer service throughout the full sales cycle with a consultative approach.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships within our organizations.
  • Lead meetings with prospects and design client presentations, web demonstrations and proposals to illustrate the value of ActivTrak
  • Utilize Salesforce to set daily activities and accurately forecast opportunity pipeline
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants and others in the business to build pipeline and close deals


Requirements

Your experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement
  • Experience in managing and negotiating deals in excess of $50K
  • A track record of exceeding quota and growing a territory.
  • Must be incredibly self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency and desire to lead
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively.
  • Experience with a high call volume fast paced phone sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Experience leveraging MEDDIC in the sales cycle
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Experience with Clari preferred
  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily sales metrics
  • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts
