Position: Residential Service Manager

Position Summary:
The Residential Service Manager plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day residential operations, managing customer relations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position involves working closely with both the residential sales team and customers to provide quotes, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relations:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and proactive service.
- Provide accurate and timely service quotes and estimates.
- Answer inbound calls, create service tickets, and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Operational Management:
- Collaborate with the residential sales department to align quotes and service expectations.
- Invoice open orders and manage collections efficiently.
- Source and cost materials by coordinating with vendors.
- Maintain and manage the residential service schedule.
Warehouse and Inventory:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including unloading trucks and maintaining organized office and storage areas.
- Conduct annual inventory checks and monthly audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Safety and Compliance:
- Lead branch safety initiatives and conduct weekly site safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies.
Business Development:
- Conduct regular visits with potential new clients to build relationships and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent attendance and reliability.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and carry items up to 10 feet.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and supervisory experience.
- Previous estimating and quoting experience preferred.
- One year of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
