Fund Accounting Analyst

As a key player in our global operating environment, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely Net Asset Values (NAVs) and ensuring quality assurance and compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. From performing daily oversight with cutting-edge exception-based accounting tools to collaborating on new client mandates during the onboarding process, your analytical skills and critical thinking will shine. You'll identify efficiencies, reduce risk, and champion process improvements—all while developing deep knowledge of your client base and the financial intricacies that drive success. We’re looking for someone with a thorough understanding of mutual fund accounting and administration, outstanding communication and negotiation abilities, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, matrix management organization. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience), expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with accounting systems are essential. Preferred candidates will have 2-4 years of fund accounting operations experience, leadership exposure, and a knack for improving processes.
