ACTS Cleaning Services is actively seeking a Night Office Cleaner
Position Summary:
- ATM & Branch Cleaning Scope Summary:
- ATM Cleaning: Disinfect and clean ATM housing, keyboard, monitor, plastic surfaces, and surrounding areas using EPA List N-approved disinfectants. Remove trash and debris near the ATM.
- Entry & Exterior Maintenance: Clean entry glass, remove trash from cans, sweep and mop floors, and maintain cleanliness around ATMs and exterior spaces.
- Breakroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect appliances, countertops, sinks, tables, and empty trash receptacles.
- Restroom Cleaning: Disinfect all fixtures, walls, floors, sinks, toilets, and urinals. Replenish restroom supplies.
- General Cleaning: Vacuum carpets, clean glass partitions, dust furniture, clean baseboards, and sanitize teller counters, desks, door handles, and high-touch surfaces.
- Trash Removal: Empty all interior and exterior trash receptacles, clean ashtrays, and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters.
- Security Compliance: Follow strict access control for keys, entry doors, alarms, and security lights.
- Specialized Cleaning: Spot clean carpets, disinfect computer equipment, polish furniture, and deep clean floors (strip, wax, buff as needed).
- Pandemic Cleaning: Utilize PPE, fogging, electrostatic spraying, and hand-wiping for COVID-related disinfection.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous school custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English to communicate effectively with others.
- Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
- After the training period is completed, must be able to accomplish all responsibilities without supervision and do so without injury to oneself or other individuals.
- Must be able to be at work as scheduled on time.
- Must be able to be on your feet, mostly walking, 1 - 2 hours at night
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to fully understand and complete all in-services.
- Must live in service area. No relocation costs.
