Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and reconciling accounts
- Maintain and update financial records accurately
- Help prepare reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Handle basic administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support accounting operations
- Stay organized and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimal experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong work ethic
