Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Billing & Invoicing: Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between customers, technicians, and management.
- Inventory Assistance: Help track and order shop supplies and parts as needed.
- Shop Coordination: Ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with scheduling and workflow management.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service industry setting.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
