Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between customers, technicians, and management.
  • Inventory Assistance: Help track and order shop supplies and parts as needed.
  • Shop Coordination: Ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with scheduling and workflow management.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service industry setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office, and experience with scheduling or invoicing software (preferred).
  • Customer-Focused: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Every weekend
