The Construction Carpenter position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the creation of beautiful resort-style continuing care senior living communities.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Carpenter to perform various tasks related to construction, including demolition, cabinetry, metal and wood framing, drywall, finish trim installation, window and door installation, siding installation, and other aspects of construction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents, as well as knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in construction or maintenance-related field is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $23.50 to $29.25 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
